I was talking to someone on the phone the other day and as they were talking to me I could tell they were getting a bit frantic. At one point I could tell they had completely stopped paying attention to me. So, I ask, “What’s the matter with you?” I get this very frustrated answer, “I CAN’T FIND MY PHONE!!” Hahaha 😀 That’s some funny stuff right there!!

A study of 3,000 Americans found that feelings of confusion and memory loss were the first symptoms to crop up in people low on B12. The reason: B12 is vital for keeping electrical impulses moving through the body.

“The memory problems can be so severe that some people think they’re developing Alzheimer’s. Correcting this deficiency clears their thinking in as little as three weeks.” Susan Schenck, L.Ac., author of The Live Food Factor.

My husband & I went to visit his grandmother in north Florida one day. She wanted to take us out back and show us something, I don’t remember what it was, but it was kinda far from the house. At the time we had a very excitable little dog, as she walked up ahead of us, our dog ran up behind her, jumped up, and pushed her back with his front paws, she fell forward and landed hard on the ground. I was HORRIFIED!! And went running up to her, with worry on my face, “Are you alright?”, I screamed. As I approached her, she had her head down and she was quivering. My heart sank as my husband was trying to control our dog. She looked up at me laughing uncontrollably. I know I stood there with shock on my face for a couple of seconds, but then, we were so relieved, we just started laughing with her. Thank God she was alright, no broken bones!!

When Tufts University scientists measured the bone density of nearly 2,600 adults, they found that women with the highest levels of B12 in their diets had the strongest, most break-resistant bones. Vitamin B12 activates osteoblasts, tiny cells that then work nonstop to build healthy new bone tissue, report researchers.

The main function of B12 is to support the nervous system while maintaining healthy brain chemistry and synthesizing neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin and epinephrine. These govern mood, energy, sleep, appetite, drive, motivation, movement, cognition and numerous other brain functions. Studies have shown that certain people with resistant mood issues responded well to B12, B6 and folic acid. One study reported that 50% of the subjects with mood issues were also deficient in vitamin B12.

B-12 Boost: Lifespa B-12 Boost are natural cherry-flavored tablets that are extremely popular. They are tasty, tiny and dissolve quickly under the tongue. They are manufactured in an FDA registered, GMP certified facility according to the highest quality standards and are formulated for optimal absorption.
Please note: It is best if B12, B6 and Folic Acid are combined because they are synergistically active. Each of these vitamins can be toxic if taken alone at very high levels. The B-12 Boost formula contains all three of these vitamins in the synergistic ratio.

More than half of us experience these painful mouth ulcers at some point in our lives, and one in four struggle with them regularly. Although the exact cause isn’t known, a new Israeli study suggests that canker sores may be a symptom of low B12 levels. When researchers gave study subjects a daily supplement, 74% of them reported that their painful flare-ups disappeared within five months!
